The Difference

What changes when your team has full visibility.

Without reports, your website is a black box. Things happen — good and bad — and no one on your team knows about it until something breaks visibly.

Without Reports
Sales team doesn't know if the enquiry form is working before a property launch
Marketing has no idea which listing pages are ranking or losing visibility in Google
Management assumes the website is fine — until a buyer mentions it was down
Security vulnerabilities go undetected — no one is scanning, no one is watching
A failed backup is only discovered when a restore is urgently needed
With WebOps Reports
Sales team gets a weekly confirmation — site is up, forms are working, all good
Marketing sees exactly which pages attract traffic and which keywords are moving
Management receives a monthly summary — secure, backed up, no issues
Vulnerability scans run every 6 hours — issues caught and resolved automatically
Every backup confirmed in writing — restore-point history visible in every report

Encrypted GDPR-Compliant 50-Day Retention

Vulnerability Scanning

Continuous scans every 6 hours powered by Patchstack. Issues are flagged and reported before they become visible problems — your team is never the last to know.

Every 6 Hours Instant Alerts Patchstack

Uptime & Performance Monitoring

Checks every 2 minutes from multiple locations worldwide. If your property platform goes down during a campaign or launch, you're the first to know — not a buyer.

Google Analytics & Search Console

Traffic, sessions, keyword rankings and impressions pulled automatically. Every report includes a full picture of how your property platform is performing in search.

Domain & SSL Expiry Monitoring

Get alerted before a domain or SSL certificate expires. The kind of incident that damages trust with buyers — and is entirely preventable with 30 seconds of setup.

Team Access & Role Management

Add as many team members as you need — sales, marketing, management, IT. Each person sees what's relevant to their role. No shared passwords, no full admin access for everyone.

Works With Your Existing Hosting

Reports work on any WordPress hosting — you don't need to migrate to get started. Install the plugin, connect the API key, and your first report is ready within 24 hours.

Common Questions

Everything you need to know about WebOps Reports.

Still have questions? Reach out and we'll respond within one business day.

How does automated report generation work?
Install the WebOps plugin on any WordPress site, connect your API key, and the system begins collecting data immediately. Reports are generated automatically on your chosen schedule — daily, weekly or monthly — and delivered by email to whoever needs to see them.
Which team members can receive reports?
As many as you need. You can configure reports to be delivered to multiple email addresses — your sales team, marketing team, management or any combination. Each person receives the same report, formatted for non-technical readers.
Do team members need their own login?
Not for reports — reports are delivered directly to their inbox. If you want team members to access the live dashboard, you can add them as collaborators with their own login and set appropriate access levels per person.
What happens if an update breaks the site?
WebOps creates a backup before every update. If an error is detected after the update, the site rolls back automatically to the previous stable state. Your team never sees a broken page — and the incident is logged and reported.
Can we connect Google Analytics and Search Console?
Yes. Connect your GA4 and Google Search Console accounts from the dashboard. Traffic, sessions, keyword rankings and impressions are pulled in automatically and included in every scheduled report — no manual export or copy-paste required.
Does this work with our existing hosting provider?
Yes. The Reports plan works with any WordPress hosting — Hostinger, SiteGround, WP Engine, Kinsta or your own server. You don't need to migrate. Install the plugin, enter your API key, and your first report is ready within 24 hours.
